Here is Oscar on my knee after eating treats. That is 2 nights in a row!

I had an appointment with Natalie, the osteopath, this morning about my painful neck. She massaged and loosened some very tight muscles.

Back next week for more torture!

I attempted to cook a steak this evening and set off the smoke alarm. This is not ideal for someone with new hearing aids….
