Heatwave

Thankfully abating.   As I left home in Wales under grey skies early this morning it was a cool 16C by the time I reached Ruth's it was almost ten degrees warmer but already there was the hint of a fresh breeze and this evening the temperature is falling.

Ruth had some dental work done under sedation this morning, I arrived as her support worker was dropping her home, perfect timing.   We've had a predictably quiet day.   I even got to sit and watch a little tennis ... when I could keep my eyes open.   Ruth's sunflowers are looking good :-)
