Great Spangled Fritillary

We were awake early. Got up, said prayers, ate breakfast and started breaking camp. We were ready to go home around 10:00. We hadn’t gone very far when I received a very unexpected phone call. My sister asked if our mother could come stay with us. I guess Momma is having more severe memory loss and Barbara isn’t sure how to handle it. I said sure. We go camping again on 13 July; Kristen said Mack will stay here with Momma so that issue is resolved. Renee offered to make dinner to take that concern off my plate tonight. We made no stops and got home by 12:30. We are completely unpacked. Kim came over and helped us move things around to give Momma our master suite while we will move upstairs. I slipped outside to check on my gardens. All of the butterfly bushes are blooming and there were many butterflies and bees. It was in the 90°s F today so they were drinking all the nectar they could get. Renee actually just sent several meals from Olive Garden. We ate a quick bite. Hours ago, I asked Barbara to let us know when Momma was ready and hadn’t heard a word so I figured it was another false alarm. She finally called so we are heading there now. Could probably use a few prayers that I can do my best to give Momma the care she needs. I plan to schedule a total physical first thing. Hoping you have a stress free week. Stay safe. Thanks for stopping by. “Don’t be afraid. Change is such a beautiful thing”, said the Butterfly.” ― Sabrina Newby
