All Alone For A Day

Didn’t do much of anything apart from washing, BG work and occasional messaging. But I did cook dinner à la LV using a Green Chef recipe he left behind and encouraged me to cook. Not a fan of blue cheese I did alter the sauce recipe and turned it into a garlic sauce Pork fillets with Courgettes and Broccoli- delicious and healthy. Watched a bit of tennis and finished the crossword - with a little help from LV who was in Cumbria but I sent him a photo and he managed to add some missing words to once again complete it as a joint effort. Looking forward to a busy day tomorrow ending up with getting my beloved L back from her trip to Portugal!
