poppy seedheads

It was very hot working in the kitchen garden this morning.  I eventually gave up trying to weed and retreated to the shade to 
prepare some dried poppy seedheads for selling.  There are still lots of poppies flowering there  but we're taking many of them out  to make space for the growing veg.
