Still hot

Another warm sunny day - but gratefully a bit of a breeze so not so unbearable.
I popped out to buy a birthday gift and then enjoyed coffee and chat with Terrifo.
After lunch, having had some fun watching tennis I had arranged to go and meet another club member so popped over to see the swans and cygnets; the parents have done an amazing job and  eight of the ten cygnets were visible.  Don't know if the other two were predated or just hiding in the vegetation. They have grown hugely since  12 June when I first posted a photo and were looking healthy.
Lovely cuppa and catch up before heading back to the cool of the house to watch more tennis.
In extra cattle and the linhay.  One cow has got its feet in the cool water and the other seems to be rubbing its head on the stone!
