Flowery...

...all along the coastal path the wild flowers and grasses are beautiful. This morning we awoke to some welcome rain which has broken the intense heat of the passed few days. The winds have been brisk too giving a semblance of air conditioning!

I can't wait for Joni dog to be able to walk a bit further. I need to limit her to just 30 minutes at the moment, although she seems raring to go for more. She always seems disappointed when I go out without her.

It has been such a beautiful summer's day here on the south coast of England.  My thoughts, however, go to those in Australia (NSW) enduring the so called "bomb cyclone" with lashing rain and high winds. The damage to trees, powerlines and beaches looks frightening.
