A trip to Kendal for a much needed haircut.  

I was in a particularly grumpy mood (couple of domestic issues with neighbours) and A did her best to mollify me.   

We talked about the sad news that  a mutual friend  has terminal cancer which certainly helped me put things into perspective!

A mooch about in town and then home.  Nice and sunny here today.
