Herds

Took a day off decorating today (and my shoulders are thanking me!) and headed into Manchester this afternoon.  A lovely little photography and poetry exhibition in the Portico Library, and an early Vietnamese noodle tea.

Today is the start of the Manchester International Festival, and the opening event included the Herds disrupting a performance of Manchester Camerata.  More info here THE HERDS | Manchester International Festival 2025 – Factory International The cardboard puppets were amazing, as were the volunteer puppeteers. Obviously photographing in a big crowd is always a challenge - but I'm quite pleased with how these turned out!
