Dappled

It was deliciously refreshing in our morning dog walk.  We walked to the close nearby instead of nearby streets.

Put a washing load out.

Had different errands to run.  Dropped off a couple of Readeasy books at a coordinator's house.   Cycled to the Arthur Rank Hospice shop to deliver some items.  Continued to Arjuna the wholefood shop to stock up on a few supplies.  Waited until 11 am to deliver 3 bags of books to the Amnesty bookshop and headed back home via this m7ch frequented avenue which I've blipped through the seasons.

After lunch phoned my friend Jane who liv3s in Suffolk to have a brief catch up.  She used to live here in Cambridge over twenty years ago.  She only visits and is glad to return to Suffolk.  She certainly notices how much building has taken more green space.

More sorting, this time throwing out cooking magazines.  Shelves are being emptied daily.

Went in the car to Dunelm in a quest for an Ali Baba type laundry basket.  Found one which is two thirds the size of our current one but it will do.  It is colourful and will be a good replacement for the old one which I believe is at least forty years old and is disintegrating at the base.  We do seem to make items last.

It's been a pleasant day.

Pleasant evening everyone.
