Deflated

chicken. A long day, work day + summer party. More people off sick = extra work for everyone. It's hard when people aren't well, it's also hard to be unwell. I think work needs to be flexible enough for people to have time to look after themselves better. In Norway it sounds as if the approach to work is healthier. The expectation seems to be leave at 4 or out yourself as less than capable. Not sure how people on low incomes cope. The people we know work in lucrative fields. 

I was delighted to be able to put some leftover food from the buffet in a couple of plastic tubs for my tea. The chefs made three amazing pirate themed cakes and a boat made out of bread ( I live in the bread capital of the world).
