Close to a Rainbow

Rainbow lorikeet. Possibly a juvenile, based on the dark beak; I don't know if the dark eye signifies anything (perhaps also a juvenile thing). There was a lot of wind and a lot of foliage, but this came out the best of what I got. Not even cropped.

Large here.

The little thing was perching just a few feet away, and after this photo, took off, flying within a foot of my head and shoulder (almost thought it was going to perch on me xP ) and landed on a branch even closer. It couldn't stay there long, with the wind, so it took off before I got another photo, but it was absolutely lovely.
