Sunshine has returned.
The morning is in dazzling
light with lots to see.

There was no rocket start today. I slowly eased out of the house by 7:30 intent on driving to Tranquille where I might enjoy some quiet. 

I stopped for long shots of Tranquille Farm and the wetlands pond. I notice that the pond is shrinking around its edges. When the summer heat really comes on, it will shrink much faster. 

I was delighted to get a good shot of the osprey. I love it when I can see the light shine in the eyes. 

I looked back to my mountains in the east behind the wetlands pond. The vegetation has grown so much that the pond gets obscured from some locations. 

As I was about to head for home, the Rocky Mountaneer with more than a dozen cars zoomed by on its way to the coast. It's still on my bucket list to travel on it. It would provide some views of this area and the Rocky Mountains that I would never get by car. 

I'm home with some office work this morning. Then our lovely cleaning lady should be here to put us in order once again.
