Gone to seed...

Where has this year disappeared to? We've had such a long dry spell now and it's been so warm that all trees and plants seem to be well ahead of the clock in terms of flowering and producing seed pods. Of course, tomorrow the good weather will be put on temporary hold because I shall be attending the garden festival at Hampton Court
