Dog day

The usual post holiday jobs so been busy all day. Daughter, SiL and grandson are off to a birthday party so we are looking after Ruby. Hetty got so excited when she arrived and they have been playing in the garden all afternoon. They were both tired when we went for a late walk, due to temperature, so we didn’t go far.
They are both asleep now.
Hetty got in a mess before they arrived and it took me ages to pick all the bits out of her hair.
Can’t believe how the garden has got out of control in three weeks, quince, fig, grape and apple doubled in size and grass also needs a cut. Hubby made a start today but will need more work tomorrow.
