Slightly Out of Focus ...

Today was dull, chilly, grey. A good time to start the job of deciding what is going with me from my studio ( I always call it the Hayloft, which is what the last owners called it, but the estate agent suggested studio). 

There is so much stuff in there! I'm not bad at finishing projects, so only two or three unfinished symphonies. The problem lies with the quantity of bits and pieces accumulated because I could imagine something that I might do with it one day ..... but that day has not yet come.  My former patchwork teacher had an acronym for it - SABLE - Stash Accumulated Beyond Life Expectancy. And there are all those vintage sewing machines ..

So I have made a start ... and now the room that was so beautifully arranged for potential buyers now looks as if there has been an explosion in there ....
