Background info:

In 2012, Sharon Doorson graduated from the conservatory of Rotterdam, following her education at the Popacademy, and she will focus on her solo career in the path of her heroes, Jessie J and Beyoncé Knowles. Doorson signed a contract with the record label, Cloud 9 Music, also in 2012, and her debut single, “Fail In Love,” hit gold in the Netherlands; the single has subsequently been released in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, France, Italy, Spain and Belgium.
The follow-up single, “High On Your Love,” makes an even more impressive start in the Netherlands. The single hit the “top 10” position on iTunes and garnered heavy rotation on the most important radio-stations in the Netherlands. The single was released in France and was a hit during its first week airing on NRJ Radio. The single debuted in the United States and Canada at the beginning of May 2013 and has been gaining momentum ever since.
