Food Trucks & Cater Campers

There's definitely a new hype in food land. Last year I already spotted Mobile Restaurants, Food Trucks & Cater Campers selling health food from natural ingredients from the nicest vehicles. Even a greenhouse on wheels ;-)

Now I encountered my fav - by the way… Dutch designed - VW bus selling good food.

It's a nice appetizer for the Food Park Festival coming weekend, where there will be dozens of weird mobile kitchens for sure at the Kenaupark in Haarlem!
