Fractured

A good start to my day and I met up with GG at Cannon Hall for brunch.  Not a good afternoon, so quite a change from yesterday.  I think I know why as I learn more about my gut and digestive system.  If my gut is upset, as it was yesterday, then my meds are not absorbed efficiently and I pay the price. Yesterday I ended up all over the place and in the end ate again in the middle of the afternoon and then really wasn’t ready at my usual evening meal, but it seemed to work out ok with a bit of help with some additional medication.  I slept ok - 7 hours, which was great.
