The Rissingtons

A field path on the way to Wyck Rissington. (Having been to Down Ampney  I had Vaughan Williams in my mind and I think this landscape is some of his inspiration - Lark Ascending, Silent Noon, Fantasia on Greensleeves.) My first extra shows Wyck Rissington - Gustav Holst was here too - and my second is Little Rissington church (a moving testament here to RAF servicemen who lost their lives).
