Bright spark

Pleased to have a day working from home.  My body clock is almost reset but being back at work and the hot temperatures have been exhausting. 
While we were away,  I feel asleep reading my kindle and it fell on the floor.  Sadly,  I've now got a bright spot on the screen.  I did look to see if I can part exchange it for a new one and discovered that I've had it for almost 10 years.  It has been dropped several times previously and survived. 
I'll have to work out if it is worth ordering a new one or if I can learn to ignore the bright spot.
