Courgettes, Tomatoes, and a last picking of Dwarf French Beans from the greenhouse and the garden this morning. Things have been growing while we were away.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. Back to our usual route. Country road, bridle path, along to the level crossing and down to the beach. The tide was in and Maeve had a paddle along the edge of the sea as we wandered along to the Fishermen's huts on the deep dry sand.

The lawns have been growing too, so I mowed the back lawns this afternoon.
