Severn Swimming

My friend, Fran, came over this afternoon and we went for a swim in the Severn. This was followed by a lovely pint at the Boaty in the sunshine and then dinner.

Little did I know that 24 hours later I’d be throwing my guts up with a nasty little bout of D&V, feeling very sorry for myself.
