Sunday 6th July, 2025...

I volunteered at Des Connor Junior parkrun this morning... Then I spend half the day tracking running friends who were doing their first ever Marathon at the Gold Coast Marathon Festival... Events were split over 2 days... I'm pleased to say that all of them finished and are not too broken...
