Rhubarb and custard
Today was a stressful end to a stressful week. We put our code and configuration into production over a month ago, and all is well, but the in-house team is way behind with theirs and so the business has been stuck waiting for things and even worse testing in live and there have been periodic changes in our code because things have only come to light a month after go live. I feel really sorry for the business themselves as they have very little control over things, and it's frustrating as there isn't much we can do, other than do our best to help where we can...
Today's blip is a rhubarb and custard or pear-drops coloured hydrangea flower in a bit of urban planting I blipped on my way home from the walking the dog. I did go and stand in the middle of the border to get the best image - which must have looked silly to passing traffic!
The no entry hollyhock plant is just a few metres from here, as is the pollarded tree I sometimes blip too!
