Okra

Visiting the Okra exhibition with Jussi. Spent over six hours there, although it wasn't just because of interesting things to see. It rained for at least two of those hours, so at times the next booth to visit was selected based on distance and cover from the rain and in the end it rained so hard that we had to delay leaving the area.

As always, the interesting things tend to be too expensive. An example in the first extra: the small baler (a rare sight in these events since 1990) costing over 30 000 €. Too much for my needs! The bale bundler on top right would be a good companion to the baler to reduce the manual labour collecting the bales, but it costs multiple times more. The rake on bottom right isn't cheap either.

The main blip is of the Valtra tractor lineup, lined up starting with the A series. The next are G, N, T and Q series. The S series model wasn't in the same line here.

In the second extra some of the museum vehicles. There were more John Deere tractors than usually. They were not common back in the day, but there seem to be some enthusiasts who preserve them.

In the last extra an image presenting the weather of the day. Back home it didn't rain...

In the evening a visit to the summer café in Ylinen. There was an art exhibition opening by Anneli Siltanen.
