We embarked on the new 'legacy' version of Flash Point tonight. You've seen the standard Flash Point game blipped here several times before - it's a cooperative game where the players are working together to rescue people (and the dog, always the dog) from a fire.

"Legacy" games develop from one play to the next.  Consequences of your actions during one game will make permanent changes to the game so that the next game is influenced by everything that has happened in previous plays.  We're anticipating that we will discover equipment, suffer injuries, gain/lose morale, etc. that will help / hinder future rescues.

The game has a number of 'characters' that needed names.  In mild desperation we settled on the Wallace and Gromit character names, so Feathers McGraw is not just a stand-in piece as he's been previously, but now a trainee fire...penguin.
