Denbigh

FRIDAY

An overcast but warm and humid start to the day, with quite a stiff breeze. 

I went out for a 5 km run first thing, taking a slightly different route than usual. Despite having to stop and negotiate a few gates and cross a field, I finished with a half-decent time of 32:50.

Spent some time in the garden later on.

This afternoon, I took a trip to Denbigh and went for a short walk down to the Afon Ystrad.  Small fish were leaping up the salmon ladder, and a curious bullock stood nearby, watching me watching them.
