Sunflower

Got de-stapled today , that is I got the metal staples holding my surgery wound removed another milestone in my recovery. Walked to the surgery and thats the first decent walk I have made and the first of a regime of daily walks. The sunflower in the back garden is making good progress as it only opened last Wednesday very attractive.
