Afternoon Visitor

I was at the kitchen sink after lunch and saw something suspicious moving around at the bottom of my garden.  My first thought was a rat, but it was a bit large for that.  I grabbed my camera and went down to investigate.

As you can see, it was a hedgehog.  It has been many years since I have seen one visiting my garden, though my neighbour reported one being around last year.

I grabbed a couple of shots just for the record before it ambled off behind the shed.

With nothing better for the rest of the day, I have to offer you one of those for today's blip.
