Red Arrows

Oh my, what a day!! Obvs the first day in forever it's raining, I have been very wet. And then it was sunny, dnd then it was pouring. No matter. A fabulous British Grand Prix, full of activity and a win for Lando. Turns out the Landostand was absolutely the place to be. I watch all the races on tv but there is nothing like being there, although I will need to watch it back when I'm home to understand the finer nuance. After the race I walked a bit of the track, it's all hyper managed these days, the crazy swarming of Mansel's car is a far distant thing. It was nice though. Then I sat and just enjoyed the whole atmosphere, not really wanting to leave. And why would I because there was Barioke to go to! Which is, brilliantly, Shaun Williamson doing karaoke with people who come up on stage. Totally brilliant it was, lots of singing and dancing, I loved it.

I don't really have the words for how much I enjoyed myself today.
