…means the Tour de France is on. It is one of the few sports events we watch. Today is the longest day on the bike, over 200Km 

I’m not feeling brilliant today. I have stopped my non steroid anti inflammatory tablets and think I have caught Nina and Spencer’s germs. So have resorted to taking some Panadol. 

Maddy is 16 today and has passed the test in order to get her L Plates so she can learn to drive. We haven’t seen her but will catch up later in the week. 

I did some gardening and a bit of cleaning but otherwise had a quiet day.
