Mono Monday: Metal

Thanks to JacZero. Here's my favourite little trowel. Needs a clean. It never lets me down. It's resting on an aluminium table outside so double metal I suppose.

Many thanks for all your kind comments on Saturday's goosander family and yesterday's red squirrel. Time seems to be running away with me and I didn't have time to respond.

Today I was up early to do a 20 minute routine of stretches and exercises. After I'd walked Flora I set to in the kitchen. I made a batch of blueberry muffins. There are 11 left as I had to quality assure. Then as the oven was hot anyway I made a courgette quiche (courgettes from the garden). I have one of my fellow trustees and the service manager coming round for a working lunch.

I hope the quiche will be ok. Gluten free pastry is a pain! I'm always grateful when people offer hints but honestly I think I've tried every trick in the book over the years and it's still a pain.

I'm having an online catch up with my sister later then an hour of calm yoga this evening.

Interesting but not a total surprise about the Salt Path. I've not seen the film but it all seemed a bit far fetched to me. A troubled person I think.
