Ok so this photo uploaded with no trouble, in fact I did it three times just to check!
I've been for a walk around Carsington Reservoir to see how I am, and 7.5 miles is a bit too far... but I've only been doing a maximum of 4 miles for the last three months so not surprising. There were a few short hills and coming down is fine, going up requires me to concentrate on my posture and core strength. I'm getting there, but not ready for Ramblers walks, they're too far, too fast and too much up.
