2025 Saturday — My Friend Elayne

My friend Elayne posted this photo on her social media. She explains that she “picked lavender at the farm today.” She lives in Murrieta in Southern California.

I’ve never been to a lavender farm, but I sure would like to visit one. I’ve seen photos of the fields when the plants are flowering; the fields are quite beautiful.

Our day was spent recuperating from all the festivities of the July 4th holiday — what an amazing full day we enjoyed.
