Summer Ripening

A and I walked through Sheringham Park this morning, then onto Weybourne Station to sit and enjoy our flasks of coffee.

It was only 16 degrees at 10am but had warmed up somewhat by the time we got back to the car park.  The barley in the fields alongside the railway track is ripening and I notice that the purple and yellow wildflowers are taking their turn in the sunlight.  The extra is the view through some rosebay willowherb to the coast.

A delightful walk.
