Through the bathroom window

I managed to spend some more time in the garden this afternoon. This is the view of our herb garden and very green lawn from the bathroom window, with bonus pigeon.

We're both still poorly, but Mr hazelh is definitely in a worse state than me. He had to retire to his sickbed this afternoon - a  most rare occurrence. I'm still burdened with a cotton wool head, tinnitus, and a lingering headache. My insomnia - due to a combination of illness and stress over the past few days - hasn't helped either.

My main achievements of the day are: supermarket shopping; green soup brewing; fish pie making (with some input from Mr hazelh); Mummy hazelh admin (including a phone call with middle sister); email shovelling; and weeding.

Exercise today: small amount of walking; gardening.
