Remembering Chaiselongue

When I think of Chaiselongue, I think of shadows, balconies, Mediterranean blues of the sea and table settings, and her famous food shots. I miss her daily comments, always well-considered and wise. It was good to meet her in real life here in Barcelona. I can’t believe it’s 12 years since she passed away. I think she’d have enjoyed this dish of mini scallops (zamburiñas).
