MM: Metal

I wanted to make sure that my last camera was still working and I was happy to find that it is. I took it to the park to find one of the metal sculptures. This one was the closest to where I parked so I took the photo and hopped back into the car. It’s over 100°/38° and the dew point is 56°, which makes it feel really soupy. There’s a chance of rain this evening so I’m hoping it refreshes the air.

I’ve been struggling with pain in my upper back and today I started physical therapy. The therapist was very chipper, which could possibly get on my nerves. But she’s really nice and seems to know what she’s doing. It was just the evaluation but I came home with a couple of exercises to do at home. The plan is for me to go for four weeks. I’m hopeful that I will get some relief.

Thanks to.JackZero for taking on hosting duties this month. He has some interesting themes. For some reason, I always forget when it’s Monday. Not a good thing when you’re the challenge coördinator!

It was a pleasure to host Silly Saturday this month.  I had a lot of fun and laughed a lot.
