A new sign

I took my car in for a service so had 2 hours to kill. I walked down to the shopping centre then walked past the football stadiums to the canal, along the canal to the car dealers. I spotted this sign and it must be new as Billy Boston only became a Sir last month. He is the first man to be knighted from rugby league. He is a hero in Wigan even though he is welsh.
