Nigella

Tai Chi and pilates day. Both really nice.
I've booked a photography workshop in October so I contacted an old friend who lives locally to it, we had said in our Christmas cards we must meet up this year! We had a fabulous video call and I will be staying with them for a few days. 
I bought some extension tubes for my camera and am enjoying playing with them, this is the result.
