First morning of the intermediate python programming course. I think the participants were quite happy. We had some great discussions which is always a good sign. The afternoon was filled with planned and unplanned meetings.
On the way home I finished book #9, Die Gleichung des Lebens by Norman Ohler. What a fantastic book. It's kind of a crime thriller, set in the 18th century in the swamps East of Berlin. But really it is about the struggle between the rational and irrational, the desire to recast the world into neat patterns and the need for wilderness for which it is hard to come up with a value.
