Amelie's day

Today was more fun with the 'Kid' and she chose how we spent our afternoon.

So with work done, we pick up our swimming costumes and set off to Charlton Lido...brilliant outdoor swimming pool and we had 2 hours (not near enough time according to Ams) of pure entertainment.

Swimming, dunking, diving, belly-flops and roly-polys were achieved and Amelie showed what a true little water baby she is...so much like her mum when she was the same age who spent most of her holidays (Israel being one I really remember) under water and refusing to get out.

Lovely memories were made today and much cherished memories from 25 years ago remembered too xxx
