RAIN

The forecast for today was rain, and it didn't disappoint.  When we headed out the landscape was transformed by pools, streams and waterfalls all around.  It was blowing a gale too, and we had it right in our faces on the way to the car.

We went to Lochinver to look around the shops, pick up a couple of things and have some lunch, then to Ullapool to go swimming.  

We got back to the house in a relatively dry spell, and toasted marshmallows on the fire after dinner.  Yum.
