Electric!!

Well C & I have had a nice few days at mine this week, came back Mon night, good journey :-)

We popped into Bury earlyish Tuesday for a tile drill bit, amongst other things, treated ourselves to breakfast out.

Then back home, the rest of the day was a busy DIY kind of day for C, new mirrors up in my en suite & main bathroom, and a new abstract picture up in my bedroom, I’m so pleased with them all.

I cleaned right through, following C as he made the mess lol , then tended my window boxes & baskets.

Then today we’ve visited C’s eldest sister M, she is 90 next week! We all went out for lunch, she enjoyed her “gluten free” fish & chips. Once M was dropped back home, we drove to visit K, C’s next eldest brother, he’s not in the greatest of health, but looks after himself very well, he will be 80 next. First time we’d met.

We stopped off for coffee & cake en route to park/ walk to the new Co-op Live arena . I got our tickets to see ELO for Christmas. C is a massive Jeff Lynne fan, we both love ELO…… we were not disappointed, an absolutely fabulous gig, not just the instantly recognisable songs, the stage set, graphics & lights were amazing! Everyone was a little concerned about Jeff at the end, he needed some assistance to get off stage :-(
