Toby the Tram Engine
Many thanks for all the birthday wishes and hearts yesterday. We had a good day and rounded it off with a superb meal at Meadowsweet last night. Apologies that I've not had time to reply or to comment on other blips for a couple of days but hopefully I will catch up at the weekend.
W had an appointment in Aylsham this afternoon and as she hadn't driven there herself before I said I would drive her so she could see the best route to take. I had about 45 minutes to kill while she was busy so headed over to the Bure Valley narrow gauge railway station hoping I might get to see one of their engines. I managed a few shots of one of them arriving but the bright sunlight and dark shadows in the station spoiled the shots. However, I spotted this; a small 'Thomas the Tank Engine' layout that you could start running for a few minutes by pressing a huge red button. This is No 7 'Toby the Tram Engine'; by the look on the face of the coach behind him I suspect Toby has been a little indiscreet at his rear end.
