At last ..... a butterfly!

A short drive this morning to visit the gardens at Teasses Estate and there, in the walled garden, I saw a Small Tortoiseshell butterfly that was kind enough to stay put while I took a photo.

We followed a flight of steps up into the woodland and came upon the fabulous play house in the area called Peter and Annie's Garden. I suspect that it has been there for many years but the wee table and chairs do look quite new.
