Small raspberry treats

I have a favourite cookery book called “Scandikitchen Fika and Hygge, comforting cakes and bakes from Scandinavia” and It is full of temptations! My blip today is one of these temptations, Hallongrottor, and according to the book these are one of the most iconic bakes which are included in every Swedish grandma’s baking book. I can understand why because they are very easy to produce and they are light and melt-in-the-mouth. I have made them for our craft group which is meeting at my place this week.
I will be interested to see what my Swedish Blip friends say about them.
