Kaybees Bits

Blue Skies & Greenery

It has actually been clear blue skies all day today.

There was an unexpected request to do a charity pick-up this morning ... another very disappointing 1 crate.

On the way home there was a bit of shopping done.

I spent a short time in the garage making myself a spinning top for my collection. Those in my collection are either unusual deigns or made with a rather nice bit of wood - or just spin exceptionally well. This one was made with a bit of Ebony and an offcut from a fancy resin pen blank - it also spins exceptionally well. I will photograph it at some point.

After lunch we had to go down to the hospital for SWMBO to speak to somebody from the Phycology Dept. as a follow up from her stroke and how it has affected her mental health (for want of any other description). Surprisingly, I was invited in. It certainly wasn't what I expected (although I am not sure what I expected) and I have also been invited to the follow ups.

Pictures I took today were of the building above where we collect the food from - the overgrown shoots of the Wisteria - and my pal Juno (who didn't actually bark at the camera today ... she must be getting used to it).

EDIT>>>>>> It has just been pointed out that I have reached a milestone on Blip and my thanks go to everyone congratulating me.

I actually joined the community on 18th April 2007 and have missed (I think) 6 days due to illness but the remaining entries have vanished into the ether and nobody knows why.
I really should try and go through my old hard-drives to try and find the missing entries,
