Day 1 of my friend Chris's Open Garden. The refreshment table was set up, there were posies on the table and the tubs were full of flowers... but it was so hot that we had very few visitors today. Chris & I sat in the shade and played games with her granddaughter.
Goodness only knows who's going to eat all this cake! I saw off 2 slices though…
Hopefully it'll be busier tomorrow.
